I'm moving to a new blog host because tBlog won't let me have my layout MY WAY unless I pay for $19.99 a year. Why stay here when I can have my own layout at other blog sites? So there...
   Here's the new link: c l i c k i e
She feels summer-y already... She's currently hurrying up because she has to study for her FINALS.

Pope John Paul II passed away. I woke up at around 12:40pm and that was the first thing I knew. I feel awfully sad...
It's already finals week. Glad that some things are finally coming to an end - those uber hard PhyEng1 exams which takes me days to study yet I get failing grades; those ChemTwo lectures which I honestly enjoy because I like how the professor teaches and simplifies technical terms in order for his "pupils" to understand; those integration formulas I had to memorize for EngCal2; ang walang kwentang LbyCh13 because of the "unskilled" professor (at least to me and my LbyCh13 blockmates' opinion); Sir Surla's lafftrip patawa during PoliGov time; and the hassle open lab in LbyPhy1. *Sigh* I'm sure I'm gonna miss all my blockmates in my subjects.
Wow, third term is finally about to end in a couple of weeks. This was hardest term in the freshman year (Ang hirap talaga!), yet this was the term where I have made a lot of friends and acquaintances. Awww, I'm gonna miss being a frosh...
Here's my FINAL EXAMS SCHEDULE: April 6 EngCal2 8 ChemTwo and LbyCh13 11 PoliGov 12 PhyEng1 and LbyPhy1
"I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity." - Gilda Radner
She feels obliged to study for finals. She's currently listening to Jeepney by Spongecola.

| Drumline and VAIO |
| 03.31.05 (6:19 am) [edit] |

I'm currently watching Drumline at Star Movies when I should be finishing my final draft in EnglOne. Haha. Anyway, the guy is so astig! Man, he does play the drums! And it was plus points because the lead role was played by Nick Canon. *Grins*
I was browsing through an article when I saw a random advertisement on the Sony VAIO FS. My eyes were perma-glued on the screen as I read the article and as I go over the pictures. In case you don't know, I want that notebook. And when I said I wanted it, I really want it. The only problem is, I don't have $2500. It would be awfully unfair to just ask for a VAIO FS laptop from my parents because it costs too much. If only I have enough money, then I would be able to get that sleek laptop I've always wanted.
She feels lazy to finish her final draft. She's currently watching "Drumline".

Ang saya! I just had my last EngCal2 quiz earlier this evening; sheesh, okay yung quiz! I was really elated when I found out that my answers were the possible correct answers, and that I have a very high possibility of getting a perfect score. If that good karma happens, I'll be the happiest EngCal2 student! Okay, I know I exaggerated.
I'm also glad that many got the correct answers, which means many will pass and many will get high marks for this quiz. But I just can't help but feel pitiful for those who know just a little of the lesson to the point that I almost want to let them copy my paper. Sometimes, it's really on the person. Oh well..
I'm cramming. Again. Duh, what's new? Ever since I became a student, I never experienced "not cramming". I have a group report scheduled tomorrow for LbyCh13 and I have not understood a single concept yet. That means I'll be stuck in front of the computer doing the report 'til the wee hours. Man, I wish I could stop time so I can steal time to sleep. *Sigh*
She feels elated and sleepy. She's currently cramming for tomorrow's group report in LbyCh13.

Grabe, hindi ko pa pala tapos basahin ang "The Da Vinci Code"! I was browsing through my book shelf when I notice that small brown book that still looks new and barely read. It's "The Da Vinci Code" pala! It's been so long since I last touched the pages of the famous Dan Brown novel. I was so busy with school that forgot to finish the novel. It's funny because I already have "Angels & Demons" with me, which I ordered pa at Powerooks together with the "The Da Vinci Code", even though I haven't finished the first novel. I'll probably find time when I'm not so busy anymore. And when is that going to happen, ha?
I took a random quiz I found on somebody else's blog. It's a What Age Do You Act quiz, and the outcome said I'm 19 years old - Still a teenager. Read that, J o n? I'm not yet twenty one. Lol.
And btw, Happy Easter everyone!
She feels lazy and is craving for a black forest cake from Red Ribbon. She's currently listening to Shout for Joy by Gary Valenciano.

Do you know what just happened??? I was adding a blog entry when all of a sudden, my page went blank!! I was already in the last part, encoding the font color for my name when everything I wrote disappeared! Wtf. It was a long entry and in just a snap, it was gone! I can't just simply rewrite the whole thing. Besides, I'm feeling lazy now and I don't have much time to go online because I still have a pile of schoolwork to do. Talk about bad luck...
I finally saw Miss Congeniality 2 last Wednesday after class. I watched the Sneak Preview with A i m e e, Bam, Jam, and Stef. If I were to count the number of times I went to the mall during school days, this would just be my third. Call me lame but this is the normal me. All of those times I went to the mall after class were reasonable days to go out. Either there was no class, or there won't be class the next day.
I was reading the spreadsheet earlier about the 2% Value Added Tax (VAT) increase proposal, which I think should not be passed by the honorable President. The article said they would be also taxing raw water. Read again: raw water. How lame is that? The next thing we knew, they would be taxing us for our daily physical activities like eating and drinking or worse, for breathing air. I just don't get it, but from a novice's point of view, increasing the VAT is not the only solution to alleviate the fiscal crisis the whole nation's currently facing. What they should do is empty their pockets and be good, HONEST, and responsible public servants. Geez, I'm no politician but it doesn't hurt to give an opinion.
She feels disgusted. She's currently listening to Dancing in the Moonlight by Toploader.

I'm not in the mood to blog right now but for the purpose of having a first entry, I'm writing something. I just hope it doesn't turn out crap.
I just moved here at tBlog and at this point, I feel home-y. I've had a previus account at b l u r t y, which is where I've practically had a blog for a year already. It's not that I feel some sort of angst towards blurty but for some reasons, I decided to abandon my old blog. For one, I had "lass_" as my previous username, which is quite high school-ish. See, I'm in college now and I'm supposed to be living like a college student, and that includes having an otherwise "mature" username. Second, I want to start again and leave my oh-so-preppy life. My previous blog is so preppy, with the layout itself plus the entries I've made. Ick. But it doesn't fail to put a smile on my face whenever I read my previous posts. I had all of my posts downloaded and I'll still keep them. Memories, they say. There are more reasons - I need to say all of them.
The past three days gave me a headache. A serious one, really. I had to study the whole of Monday for the scheduled EngCal2 quiz and PoliGov midterm exam the next day. Good thing I didn't have a brain freeze. Soon after the hell morning, I had to take a quick lunch and begin digging into my Chemistry book. Jesus, I was cramming already. Can't believe I studied the whole of Chapter 15 in just an afternoon! It's not that I'm making a big deal out of it. It's just that I normally read and understand the day's lesson before I go to sleep way back in high school. Now that I'm in college, my study habits regressed and my grades are starting to sink low. You know how much I hate having low grades. And you know how much I want to stay on the Dean's List.
So far,the three exams I've had were okay (I think) although I was so stressed out studying. I just hope I don't turn into a zombie after the finals. Oh well.
She feels stressed. She's currently listening to The Voice Within by Christina Aguilera.
